Once we have a position we will be working on, we fully qualify the position with the client. This ensures that we find out exactly what they are looking for.
After we have qualified the position with the client and have terms of business in place, we will begin to put together a shortlist of candidates to contact who are well-qualified and suited to the role.

The second stage is screening, which involves speaking to a shortlist of candidates who are well-suited to the role. We put together a shortlist of high-calibre candidates from our direct network, through LinkedIn, job ads, our database and referrals.
On average we speak to every shortlisted candidate for around 30 to 45 minutes, where we will go over what you are looking for in your next role.
Once we have established that you are the right candidate for the role, we will agree a timeline in which you send us over your full, up-to-date CV.

Feedback
The third stage in the process is feedback. On average, once we have sent your CV over to our client for a specific opportunity, we will receive feedback after 5 business days which we immediately pass on to you.

Once you get to interview stage, we handle all logistics for you. We coordinate and book your interviews. Prior to your interview we brief you on who you will be meeting, for example the hiring or HR manager, and provide key information.
